They'll leave you smiling for many reasons.

First off, the dental care at Moss Wall Orthodontics will give you a lasting smile because of what they can do to correct crooked teeth problems. For over 26 years, Dr. Kevin Moss has been creating beautiful smiles, treating adults and children.

His associate, Dr. Matthew Wall, does his work with a caring, friendly manner, enjoying both the patient relationships and the opportunity to change patients' lives by improving their dental health.

Another reason patients come away with smiles is they offer affordable treatment options with flexible no-interest payment programs available.

The goal of Moss Wall Orthodontics is to create smiles for their patients that will last a lifetime.

For Dr. Wall, it's been a rewarding career. A smile is an important thing in a person's life.

"It's really cool," Wall said. "It's very rewarding."

Many of the people who come are kids, ages 12, 13 and 14. After getting their teeth straightened, they smile again. Their crooked teeth are gone.

"You can see a difference in their lives when you can give them that smile that they wanted," Dr. Wall said. "It helps with their self confidence. It's so cool to see where they are at the beginning and where they are at the end. How much they change. How happy they are. And how much more willing they are to smile. It's a really cool profession."

That first visit to Moss Wall Orthodontics is free. After examining your teeth, they will discuss, without charge, the feasibility of braces and if there's a need to straighten your teeth. If there are X-rays taken, there might be charges or a co-payment.

Typically, Dr. Moss and Dr. Wall start seeing and working on the teeth of kids after their 6-year molars pop through and the front permanent teeth just start to pop through. That's usually about 6 or 8 years old.

"In orthodontics, we're in a cool spot where we get to see kids grow up," Dr. Wall said. "Most of our patients are in the 9, 10, early teens. It's fun getting to see them grow up and change. When you see them every couple of months, you get to know them pretty well. So, it's a fun environment."

As orthodontists, they don't clean teeth or fill cavities. They strictly do braces - regular wire braces, clear braces, invisible braces. And they do retainers.

"We're strictly an orthodontics practice," Dr. Wall said. "We're specialist in orthodontics."

An orthodontist is a general dentist that has two or more years of full-time training in orthodontics, resulting in a national certification. - GAIL WOOD
