With the hustle and bustle of the PCS season behind us, it's time to start looking and planning ahead. For some, that might mean looking at what life looks like after their military service. This weekend, you can't miss the Military Dream Big! Career and Education Fair sponsored by Teach-Now.

On Saturday, Oct. 12, head over to Spanaway to the Marymount Event Center between 9 a.m. and noon to connect with the businesses and educational establishments eager to speak with service members and their spouses. This event is perfect for those looking to pursue higher education, full-time or part-time work, or ideas and inspiration of what their career post military could look like. There is definitely something for everyone. This event is open house-style; you are welcome to come and go as you please, but be sure to check out the full list of seminars planned throughout the day. These seminars will inspire you to jump-start your dream career, whether it is running your own business, becoming a teacher, or making millions in real estate. Each seminar is 30-40 minutes, with plenty of time for questions after.

9 a.m.: From active-duty to reservist

9:15 a.m.: Become a freelance writer

9:30 a.m.: GI Bill benefits explained

9:45 a.m.: Become an entrepreneur

10 a.m.: Building a mobile career as an accountant

10:15 a.m.: Real estate course

10:30 a.m.: How to run a successful business as a military spouse

10:45 a.m.: Transitioning into the civilian workforce
