I have a bone to pick with Macklemore.

Shortly after the Seahawks were crowned NFC champions in 2014, Seattle superstar rapper Macklemore took to the stage with no less than four Grammy wins and a live performance at the 56th annual Grammy Awards. He did not once even utter the phrase, "GO HAWKS." That's five times he neglected to show pride in his team. Five times, up on a national stage and NO team love. Seriously Macklemore? I'm disappointed. I'm no raging football fan, but damn man, the Hawks were the underdogs and were going to the biggest game of all big games.

Here we are, another year and a consecutive trip to the Super Bowl for the Seahawks. Do you folks realize what a rare accomplishment that is? It's kind of a big deal. So even if you're not a fan of the "sportsball," it's time to celebrate. Use this as an excuse to have a good time and get excited. Here are a few South Sound spots where you can catch the game:

The Powerhouse Restaurant and Brewery launched its Super Bowl celebration early this week with a special menu. Blue Friday Fries, Hawknation Hot Dog, Thanks For Askin' Burger and two booze beauties - Round Two Gel Shots (molecular) and Seahawks Skittle Bomb (housemade lime Skittle-infused vodka with Red Bull) are on now through the game. 454 E. Main, Puyallup

O'Blarney's Irish Pub is celebrating big PRE-game with its Big Blue Friday Rally on Jan. 30 from 5 p.m. until close. Festivities include live music provided by Unified Culture at 9 p.m. paired with Seahawks-themed food and drink specials. There will also be a silent auction with proceeds benefitting Friends of Mia charity. And you can score big: the best-dressed Seahawks fan wins a trip to Las Vegas. Boom!  $5 Cover after 8:30 p.m. 4411 Martin Way East, Olympia

The Brotherhood Lounge will open its doors at 2 p.m. for the game, which is two hours early. Celebrate with a nine-foot screen, kick-ass sound, $2 wells and other happy hour deals from 2 to 7 p.m. 119 Capitol Way North, Olympia

The Swiss Restaurant and Pub dazzles with 12 screens plus an HD projector with sound, so there's a good chance you'll have a good view. There will be $2 Seahawks Jello Shots, $5 Hawktails, $3 Bud Lights and $10 pitchers, all of which will help wash down the Dirty Cheaters Chili Dog ($7.99). I bet that dog comes a bit deflated. Har har. 1904 Jefferson St., Tacoma

Sip on some brews at the Harmon Brewery & Eatery with $6 flagship pitchers on special. And feed the beast with its Beastmode Burger, Wilson Wings or Re-Pete-Za. 1938 Pacific Ave., Tacoma.

Gig Harbor's Tides Tavern is offering a sweet deal on Hawk's-themed Tides Tavern swag. Purchase a hat, sweatshirt and tee trio for only $12 until the big game to show your team pride. Tides' Tapmaster beer bonanza kicks-off, too. 2925 Harborview Drive, Gig Harbor

Emerald Queen Casino is showing the game at the I-5 Tacoma Showroom. Watch the game on one of the 40' HD screens. Nosh on grub with its $10 Super Buffet featuring hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken strips and sides. And gamble! Register before the end of the first quarter to win $250 quarterly cash drawings, and get in on the sports boards. 2024 East 29th St., Fife

There's not a bad seat at the West End Pub and Grill, and its special football menu includes cheeseburger sliders, a Seattle Dog and $5 bombs during game time. There are literally at least 20 screens in the house, so wherever you sit, you're bound to catch the game on a screen or four. 3840 Sixth Ave., Tacoma

And finally, The Office Bar and Grill is prime picking. No word on game-day specials yet, but remember that guy on the news who compared the Seahawks win taking them to a second consecutive Super Bowl to the day his son was born? Well, he works there, so you know they bleed blue and green.

Where are you catching the big game?

Oh and, (take some notes Macklemore) GO HAWKS!
