The City Of Tacoma's downtown public plaza next to the Courtyard by Marriott on Pacific Avenue will open next month, according to a city insider.  The outdoor gathering spot will feature a grassy knoll perfect for outdoor concerts and enjoying a summer lunch.  The other 11 months bring an umbrella. â€" Ken Swarner
