Mojito on the hill

Stanley & Seafort's Mojito: The fancy joint that started the mint-muddling craze in these parts. Stanley & Seafort's mojitos are as refreshing as a cool Havana breeze. Their hand-shaken version, originally conceived in Havana's La Bodeguita del Medio, is crafted with fresh mint, fresh lime, sugar, and rum: Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Bacardi Light or Orange Cabana Boy.  If that doesn't pirate your thirst, try their Jamaican Cable Car ($6.95): Appleton Estate Jamaican rum, fresh lime and lemon sour, a splash of triple sec and bitters, shaken and served up with an allspice sugared rim.  115 E. 34th St., Tacoma, (253) 473-7300. - Brad Allen
