The Weekly Volcano has the new scoop on the saga around the old Brickyard Bar & Grill near 56th and South Tacoma Way.  Access Golf has bought the space to put in a Coyote Ugly-TYPE restaurant, according to the old Brickyard owners.  In addition, the Chop House on Lake Grove in Lakewood, across from the Lakewood Costume Shop, will take on the Brickyard name.  Stay tuned. - Jason de Paul
