The Broadway Center unveiled their plans to upgrade the Pantages Theater during a presentation this morning at its downtown Tacoma site.  Improvements are to include a lobby nearly twice the present size, a grand staircase leading from the lobby to the Mezzanine, an indoor ticket office and will call window, and elevator access extended to the Mezzanine and lobbies on the Mezzanine and Balcony levels.  Contruction should be completed by October. â€" Ken Swarner
