Have you seen this North Tacoma house? The one with the signs posted on the front lawn that explain the house is under 24-hour video surveillance?  What do you suppose they are trying to protect?  Could it be the plastic flowers they've attached to the top of their limbless tree?  I bet the neighbors wish someone would steal them. â€" Michael Swan
