Sofia Bistro will open today at 4:30 p.m. next to Walgreen's Bartell's in University Place (2700 Bridgeport Way W.).  I poppped in last night for the family and friends soft opening to enjoy wine, mussels, bacon wrapped prawns and brie with strawberries.  Snapped a few shots, too. Left the menu behind so I'll head back today to sample their regular fare. â€" Jake de Paul
