I snapped a few photos last night at Voxxy Vallejo�s show at Bob�s Java Jive. I suck as a photographer.
The band doesnââ?¬â?¢t suck. Guitarist Gene Vallejo knows his way around the frets. He teased us with a little ââ?¬Å?Over the Hills and Far Awayââ?¬Â? during a break. Dead on.
Voxxy has a sexy, blues voice that reminds me of Janis, maybe not as raspy but power, emotion and moves â�" yes.
I left a bit early due to drunk Iggy Pop guy who would shout out random thoughts between drinking from a pitcher â�" pitcher after pitcher.
