Eddie Vedder, through a Pearl Jam publicist, officially announced plans for a small, West Coast solo tour today. The "April Fools Tour" will begin on April 2 in Vancouver B.C. Common sense would suggest Vedder's sets will consist heavily of songs he wrote for the recent Sean Penn film, Into the Wild.

Below is Vedder's tour itinerary. There's no Seattle date, as you can see, but even the News Tribune is speculating a surprise show on April Fools' Day seems likely. Stay tuned.
