Big thanks to Bill Bonnie of Tacoma Wine Merchants for letting me sneak in 10 minutes after he shut the door last night.  I desired the right match for a home-cooked lamb dinner. Bonnie recommended the De Lisio Krystina Shiraz 2005 ($48) noting it will take a while to open. Dead on. A half-hour and its inky, rich body came out strong with big berry flavors and a bit of sweetness.
