The Engineer Records produced Seaweed tribute album Hours and Hours â€" which boasts 17 tracks from an array of bands and musicians ranging from Kane Hodder to Stephen Brodsky, is typical of a tribute compilation â€" some of shines; some of it, well, doesn't.
