A few years ago Tacoma artist Jeremiah Maddock flew the coop for Brooklyn and the rest, as they say, is history. Maddock turned heads with solo shows in New York City, San Francisco and Milan.
Maddock is back.
Drop by Mineral from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight during Third Thursday Art Walk and check out Maddock’s latest works. Mineral owner Lisa Kinoshita says his paintings are akin to a complicated poem waiting to be deciphered. She says they’re hypnotic.
Visit Mineral at 301 Puyallup Ave. by the Tacoma Dome. His paintings will hang at Mineral through Oct. 2.
