PAUL SCHRAG: TONIGHT AT THE MARK >>>

L_fe203a23c88b5a6f9648ebe2c5980f36 Tonight, Oly hip-hop veteran Eprhyme will unleash his debut solo album, Waywordwonderwill, with beats by Smoke of Oldominion and rhymes that will knock your reality sideways. A cultural nomad with roots in what some might consider contradictory contexts, Eprhyme explores the complexities of modern American Jewish identity, life in the city, Kabbalah, and cultural healing â€" to name a few. Eprhyme is best known in the South Sound as a founding member of hip-hop anomaly Saints of Everyday Failures. Saints fans know him as a dynamic performer and awe-inspiring lyricist. Saturday, Eprhyme invites the community to help him kick off the official release of his first full-length solo album. The party begins at 9 p.m. at the Mark. Cost is $5, or $10 for entrance and a copy of Waywordwonderwill. Special appearances by The Eruv Rav, DJ Sweet Elite and a mess of drink specials will make it a celebration to remember.
