OK, so you don’t give a crap about the Motor City Bowl football game tonight. You’re not really the football type; watching it makes your pasty little limbs quiver, and if you could have it your way, you’d unplug the tube and hole yourself up in a dingy, dimly lit room, limiting your “scrimmages” to horrible poetry verses on the back of old Taco Bell napkins. Or maybe your poetry isn’t that bad, in which case we encourage you to step up to the mic tonight when Free Ya Mind offers another night of spoken word, poetry and open mic opportunities. 

There will be a host, and you won’t flag you for unnecessary roughness.
