Chef Charlie McManus will be serving slow-roasted pulled pork with caper mint salsa Verde, fingerling potatoes and broccolini. This uber fresh and locally grown product comes from Cheryl Oulette, a Pierce County farmer with an excellent reputation for the care of her pigs and her leadership on behalf of local small farmers. Charlie will cook the whole pig in the wood-burning oven and then pull the meat into delicious tender bites. Pair this meal with Walla Walla’s Rulo Syrah by the glass or a bottle of the Vina Alberdi Rioja â€" deliciouso!
