Miley Cyrus, a.k.a. Disney construct Hannah Montana, will be at the Tacoma Dome tonight.

Tweens â€" kids ages 10-12 â€" are into her stuff, and they have more buying power than the entire country of Iran. Disney knows this, and has sculpted Cyrus a nice career â€" and maybe even a comeback for her one-hit-wonder dad.

If she does well enough, maybe Billy Ray can get a gig at the Emerald Queen. Oh, wait, that’s already happened.
