If you hate your job, why not call in sick and help out First Night Tacoma. Justin Mayfield is looking for some painters to paint a giant canvas behind the main stage for First Night this year. And he needs painters fast.
Apparently, there is some money available â€" sooooo that might be considered work, which throws a wrench into my nifty intro.
Also, in case you didn’t know it already, the theme of First Night is: The Year of the Tiger/Vision Tacoma â€" just in case you are protesting anything with the word "Tiger" in it.
