Today's comment of the day comes from Rob in regard to Brett Cihon's recent feature story on the life of a cover band - specifically, Stir Crazy.

Rob writes,

While I generally do not favor the sparkly-shirted cover band genre (local and original is more my cup of tea), If I had to choose, I'd rather hear the ‘hits' from the live band than from an ipod or DJ. As a fellow musician, I hate to see any opportunity dry up for anyone with the balls to take to the stage, regardless of their style, schtick, or genre.
