Dr. Abdel Fattah Abu Srour from Bethlehem, Palestine will speak tonight on Beautiful Resistance, staying human in the face of injustice. Dr.Abusrour founded the Al Rowwad Cultural and Theater Center in the Aida Refugee Camp in 1998 to teach children through theater arts, dance, music, painting, video-making and travel to respond to ugliness of occupation. "Abed" is on a nation-wide tour to explain his program and will show a video of the children's work.
