Regardless of whether the weather in mid-June is chilly in Tacoma, it will be a chili June, thanks to the 100.7 The Wolf inaugural Hometown Throwdown Concert and Homestyle Chili Cook Off, which is slated for June 14 at Cheney Stadium. Let's read après release:
Entercom Seattle's 100.7 The Wolf (KKWF) announced its lineup today for the inaugural Hometown Throwdown Concert. A full day of fun for the whole family, Hometown Throwdown features an all day concert and Homestyle Chili Cook Off for just $25. The Wolf Rising Stars playing June 14th include Dan + Shay, Danielle Bradbery, Lindsay Ell, American Young, Joel Crause, Kelleigh Bannen, Joey Hyde, Rae Solomon, Sammy Steele, and Robbie Walden.
The Wolf gives fans a chance to see some of the best rising stars in country music at a great price. The event will take place inside the beautiful Cheney Stadium with an International Chili Society sanctioned Homestyle Chili Cook Off.
Program Director Mike Preston said, "We can't wait to kick off summer just a little bit early with this great crop of rising country stars, with so many in one place at one time. Cheney Stadium will be a great showcase!"
Tickets are $25.50 and $32.00 for reserved seats, general admission floor tickets are $36.00 and for $83.00, fans can get the Hometown Throwdown "Premium Seating" with great reserved seats or right on the field, including a BBQ Lunch, cash bar, and concert shirt. Tickets go on sale this Friday, May 2nd, at 10 am through seattlewolf.com.
