Wolfmother returns with a gig at the Neptune July 31

Ladies and gentleman. The sonic force produced by frontman Andrew Stockdale's vocal cords and his quiver of Gibsons is coming back. Seattle Theatre Group announces Wolfmother will play Seattle's all-ages Neptune July 31. Tickets are $25, and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, June 20 at Tickets.com.

Pop a capella quintet Pentatonix to perform final day of Washington State Fair

With the amazing national exposure of winning NBC's Season Three of "The Sing Off," Pentatonix's popularity has seen highs beyond their wildest dreams. This pop a capella quintet has developed a sound and style that has sold out concert venues throughout the US and Europe.

The Pentatonix concert is part of the Washington State Fair's 2014 Columbia Bank Concert Series. Tickets to the Sunday, Sept. 21 concert at 7:30 p.m. are $50 - Golden Circle, $40 and $30 for reserved seats, and include Fair gate admission. Tickets will start selling on Saturday, June 21 at 10 a.m. on the Fair website, http://www.thefair.com/fun/details/pentatonixor by phone (888) 559-FAIR (3247) daily, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. PST. Godsmack, Rob Zombie headline Pain in the Grass 2014 at White River

Ah, memories. I remember kicking back on the lawn in front of the Seattle Center's Mural Amphitheatre every late Friday afternoon for the free Pain in the Grass concert series. I think it was 1994 when Mudhoney rocked it hard. Good times, especially post-show gathering inside the Mecca Cafe.

Anyhoo, Pain in the Grass is now one giant show at White River Amphitheatre, and Godsmack, Rob Zombie and others will be rocking it Sept. 12. Let's read a press release. ...

Lady Gaga's artRAVE The ARTPOP BALL concerts in both Seattle & Vancouver are postponed

Unfortunately, as a result of severe bronchitis, the Lady Gaga performances previously scheduled for this evening - Wed. May 28th at Seattle's KeyArena and in Vancouver this Friday, May 30th at Rogers Arena are postponed, it was announced today by Live Nation.

Fans are instructed to retain their tickets to these events as they will be valid for the rescheduled performances in each city.  Information on the rescheduled show dates to be announced.

Elton John to perform Sept. 27 at KeyArena in Seattle

Elton John and his band return to KeyArena Sept. 27 as part of his "All The Hits" tour. The 10-city tour will feature iconic hits and classic album tracks from throughout his incredible five-decade career, including a selection of songs from his highly acclaimed album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, which recently celebrated its 40th anniversary with a Deluxe Edition re-issue.

Elton John's band includes original members Davey Johnstone on guitar and Nigel Olsson on drums, as well as Matt Bissonette on bass, John Mahon on percussion and Kim Bullard on keyboards.

Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden co-headline summer concert at White River Amphitheatre

Big concert announcement on a Friday? You bet. The tour includes a Aug. 30 show at White River Amphitheatre in Auburn. That's a Saturday night people! ...

Nine Inch Nailsand Soundgardenare teaming up for a North American tour that will kick off on Saturday, July 19, at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, NV. The co-headline run, presented by Live Nation, is their first outing together and will include shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO (July 21), the Nikon at Jones Beach Theatre in Wantagh, NY (August 1) and the Hollywood Bowl in Hollywood, CA (August 25). Both bands will play full sets nightly. Special guest Death Grips will open on most dates.

Tickets for the White River Amphitheatre date will go on sale to the public Friday, May 9, through the Live Nation mobile app and at www.livenation.com. The fan pre-sale begins Monday, May 5 at 10am local time at www.nin.com and www.soundgardenworld.com, with additional pre-sales going live on Tuesday, May 6.

Beyonce and Jay Z "On The Run Tour" coming to Seattle's Safeco Field

It's official: Beyonce and Jay Z announced their summer stadium tour. They've altered the name somewhat, freshly dubbing it "On the Run Tour. The tour will hit Seattle's Safeco Field July 30. Members of Beyoncé's Fan Club will have access to pre-sale tickets beginning Tuesday, April 29 at 8am local time. Hometown Throwdown Concert is on for June at Cheney Stadium
