Morgan Alexander has been brewing beer since 2010. Alexander moved his TAcoma Brewing Company operation to his coffee shop, the Amocat Café in Tacoma's Triangle District, and held his first keg tapping party in November 2012. Eventually he converted the Amocat Cafe into his full-time Tacoma Brewing Co., open 4:230-9 p.m. Wednesday-Friday and 2-9 p.m. Saturday. He's know for unique and experimental brews - such as Bloody Mary IPA and hard ginger ale - with 12 beers on tap, and no kitchen. Food may be brought in.
