Javier Bardem stars as a low-level criminal in Barcelona who is told by his doctor he has little time to live. He works as a middleman in an industry that makes fake luxury items in sweatshops and sells them to tourists through sidewalk vendors. A man who means well in a mean world, he loves his children and tries to help his workers, but reality conspires against him. Set in the slums of Barcelona, directed by Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu. - Three stars
