MARGUERITE GIGUERE: Just a girl in Tacoma with a dream. I like jumping out of planes, singing karaoke and going to happy hour with my friends! I'm a Realtor at Windermere Professional Partners specializing in houses and condos in downtown Tacoma and the surrounding neighborhoods.
VOLCANO: Biggest turn-ons?
GIGUERE: Puffy brown hair and glasses. Enthusiastic karaoke performances.
VOLCANO: Biggest turn-offs?
GIGUERE: Ironic facial hair. Botched attempts at witty banter.
VOLCANO: How do you explain your victory in the 2011 Weekly Volcano Sexy Issue? Obviously you're doing something right ...
GIGUERE: Oh man, I wish I could say it was because I'm walking around Tacoma with my sexiness being all sexy all over everything and everyone, but I think it's more about shameless self-promotion and the power of Facebook!
VOLCANO: Is it ever difficult being so hot?
GIGUERE: No. Never.
VOLCANO: What's your favorite thing about where you live and work? What makes it sexy?
GIGUERE: The sexiest thing in the world is that self confidence that comes from knowing who you are and owning it and loving it. We all know that if Tacoma was a girl she wouldn't be primped and photoshopped and Botoxed - she'd be loud and real and a big, bold, hot, delicious mess.
VOLCANO: Given the opportunity, one thing you'd like to say is:

Hey Marguerite, I loved the cover photo. I was wondering if you could shoot another in that style on site of a real jump or if you climb a shot of you falling (roped). I think it would be an awesome shot in the field. I would be willing to take the shot/help set it up if you are interested. Thanks for any consideration,
