Tom Hutch is only 22 years old and he makes the type of music you'd expect a 22 year old to make: heavy on the radio copy-cat tip. He's still freaking the auto-tune and trying to hit Drake-like melodies. What makes Hutch a standout is the amount of music he has made for his young age and his promoting skills.

In only two short years, Hutch has brought some national artists to Tacoma. He also has a nice legion of friends/fans that support his career. Currently, Hutch is promoting for California Club. On Sept. 6, he's teaming up with another cat in his early 20s that is also grinding hard, Lil Ripp and his Moneeklass movement.                   John Crown has been a little quiet as of late. He's still riding off his last album, "Coffee and Beats." In late April he released his latest video, "I See You Lookin." It's a Detooz Production, so of course, it looks great. The video is sort of a documentary on a road trip Crown took to rock a show in Spokane. The show was more of an outdoor rave type festival. There's lots of driving through the country scenes and blazing in the ride times. It's a good look into the travels of a regional underground M.C. Once at the show, Crown spits his last verse surrounded by youth sporting glowsticks and other rave-gear.
