On the road to making tasty food, I.Talia Pizzeria uses 100 percent organic, sustainably-grown ingredients whenever possible. One fine example is a serious stacker of a sandwich that features Italian dry-cured sopressata salami, turkey and rosemary ham, held tight between pieces of ciabatta smeared with creamy golden-hued aioli. Leafy green lettuce and sweet tomato slices are punched up with roasted red peppers and slabs of fresh mozzarella cheese. The sandwich takes a turn in the hearth oven to give it a nice toasted feel.
