WEEKLY VOLCANO: Who are you and what do you do?
AMANDA CROWSON: I am just one member of Team Sexy-also known as the staff of Olympia Coffee Roasting Co. We make coffee, incredibly delicious coffee.
VOLCANO: Biggest turn-ons?
CROWSON: Kind eyes, a sharp wit, someone who knows their way around a baseball ... (Andy Meyer, I hope you're somewhere out there reading this.) Also, a perfect cappuccino and a pair of roller skates.
VOLCANO: Biggest turn-offs?
CROWSON: Crunchy foam.
VOLCANO: How do you explain your victory in the 2011 Weekly Volcano Sexy Issue? Obviously you're doing something right. ...
CROWSON: It all started one February morning 23 years ago ...
VOLCANO: Is it ever difficult being so hot?
CROWSON: Not anymore. I am lucky to have found a community like Olympia that is so accepting of all people, even the incredibly, ridiculously sexy.
VOLCANO: What's your favorite thing about where you live and work? What makes it sexy?
CROWSON: One of my favorite things about where I live happens to be the place that I work. Our crew keeps it real. Real good looking. The people (and dogs) around town, beer at the Eastside Tavern and a few sweet breakfast spots also do their part in keeping this place sexy.
VOLCANO: Given the opportunity, one thing you'd like to say is:
CROWSON: Nothing. I usually let the sexy speak for itself.
