"It's a helluva lot of work to produce your own shows - you have to have support. We are all so lucky to have each other's support for the technical stuff, and the emotional stuff - I mean, we're baring our breasts and baring our souls."

These are the words of Ginger S. Mack, one of the founding members of Olympia's TUSH! Burlesque. The group that started in 2009 and has brought dozens of new and original acts to the stage with storytelling, humor, inspiration and, of course, strip-tease, will be back for another amazing show - this one a play on the famous Sin City.

That's right - TUSH! Does Vegas.

Saturday night, the ever-creative ladies of TUSH! will present a night of naughty delights. The hype alludes to "gambling, shows, games, rides, girls - whatever your pleasure, Sin City will provide."

In addition to the enticing theme, the ladies will present two special guests: Coco Lectric, a world-renowned performer whose many titles include "Queen of Burlesque 2010," and Paco Fish, a title-holder himself whose bio notes that he "dismantles assumptions and defies convention with humor and passion."

"I'm really excited about our special guests," Mack said. "But I'm not going to tell you why, because it's going to blow your mind."

The women of TUSH! are in a unique position as a burlesque troupe in Olympia. While it is a bonus to be in such an inviting, open community, it is a small town, which requires the group to come with a new act each time it performs. Troupes in larger cities can take an act to multiple locations, whereas TUSH! has a home venue of the Capitol Theater - requiring fresh ideas, costumes, music and moves.

"Every act is a debut act - it's totally scary; we all get butterflies," Mack said.  "But as soon as I walk on stage, I tell myself, ‘Listen, I spent $200 on a costume - it's my party and I'm going to have some fun!'"

And fun is always had by all. The Capitol Theater is a great venue for the ladies to call home.

"We're so proud of the ladies of TUSH! Burlesque," said Audrey Henley, facilities and operations director for the theater. "We've had several different burlesque acts come through the theater, but TUSH! Burlesque is something special, (and) not just because they're local. TUSH! doesn't just come out, waggle around and take off their clothes. They connect with the audience by combining burlesque, music, and storytelling. Each show has a unique theme, from film noir to sci-fi, and they give the audience a chance to participate and dress up to fit the theme, which is always fun to see in the theater. A TUSH! show transcends the stage and into the seats."

TUSH! DOES VEGAS, 8 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 18 and older, beer garden 21+, Capitol Theater, 206 Fifth Ave., Olympia, $15-$20, 360.754.6670
