Full disclosure: I'm hyping my brother-in-law's dirty 30th birthday party. BUT, I'd write about it even if I didn't know the man, as this really will be a stellar night. Not only will it be a great opportunity to give out 30 spankings, but this show marks the return of internationally acclaimed classic hard rockers Mos Generator as they prepare for the release of their new album and upcoming tour. Also, debuting their first show at McCoy's is band Gunslinger, where the birthday boy, Brion McCoy, will be belting out vocals that nod toward Judas Priest and shredding guitar with 80s metal flair. Also on stage will be heavy-hitting rockers Mosquito Hawk (members of C-Average, Bacchus, Fitz of Depression and Black Bettie.) This will be one epic party. McCoy had this to say, "Though I welcome birthday spankings, I would like to at least be introduced before the ass play begins ... that way, we won't be quite strangers anymore."

At Jazzbones in Tacoma this weekend we have Rex Simon, aka Dirt Nasty, the hilarious, talented, sexy bitch of a man that has been on numerous TV shows, toured with Mickey Avalon, recorded tons of songs and raps about things like cocaine flavored nail polish, masturbating and the birds and the bees. He was an MTV VJ and porn star and hangs out with the likes of Charlie Sheen and Paris Hilton. So the things he raps about, such as sniffin blow and throwing up on new mink coats, are likely true. Simon is currently in the group Three Loco with Andy Milonakis and Riff Raff of MTV's G's to Gents. He's performing solo as Dirt Nasty this Saturday at an all ages show with Kalen and Tom Hutch with PME and at a 21+ show with Pinkbead Federation and Sonny Bonono. Certainly a night of sex, drunks and rap ‘n' roll.
