Dirty Oscar's Annex chef Aaron Grissom has transformed his menu, filling it with locally grown spring flavors. Aaron pointed to his new sandwich, the Muffaletta, as a shining example. Stacked with, house-smoked salami, ham, mortadella, green olive tapanesca, peppered tomato, havarti, and served on focaccia bread with a side of parmesan bacon potato salad, it has our mouths watering. For a lighter option try the petite Eruca salad, filled with arugula and basil leaf, Washington blueberries in grilled citrus vinaigrette, cherry tomatoes, and charred spring onion.
