IT'S NOT TACO TIME YET >>>
While snapping a few photos for Kris Blondin's Grocery Stories column today, we peeked our heads into the future home of Taqueria El Guadalajara inside the Neighborhood Market building at 3002 Sith Ave. A spokesperson for El Guad told us earlier this month that it will move from its Stadium District home to the new location by the end of the month.
Hmmm, do these photos we snapped today support that move date?
By the way, the Stadium District El Guad lost to the Lakewood version in our Tournament of Tacos. Be sure to vote for your favorite taco today.

El Guadalajara is an affront to genuine Mexican cuisine. I wouldn't waste a nickel there.

El Guadalajara is pricey for what it is but the food is good. I have been to both locations in the past week and I definitely think their Lakewood location has the better chef. Although the Tacoma is much better placed and was much more busy. If they had better prices and perhaps start making their own tortillas they would be welcoming more customers.
