Call me CHEESY, but methinks the culinary skies above Tacoma are going to be BLEU in 2011! There may be some HOLES in my optimism, but I think SNIFFING out some awesome new culinary treats in Tacoma will be a BRIEz!

I'm looking forward to making more things at home this coming year using locally sourced ingredients and then inviting friends over for concoction taste-testing soirees. And I'm thinking I might have to ditch school on second Thursdays at least once.
